Purchased brand new P.A. Small mixer and 2 powered speakers for permanent install, took a few weeks to get everything I needed to install them, when I did get round to it one speaker was faulty, missed the 30 day returns policy so paid £25 to return it, they now tell me it’s perfectly fine and can’t find a fault, I told them it is definitely faulty and asked if they would test it again they came back with the same reply, they are now refusing to replace or repair as they can’t find a fault, horrendous customer service and smart witty answers like I’ve been doing this for 10 years mate from Martin at the returns department, for such a big company they have no after sales decorum at all, use guitar guitar at your own risk they are the worst
