I ordered a teddy bear the day my daughter was born which happened to have the same name as my daughter. A few months past and my dog got ahold of it and ruined the bears nose. I called the company to see if they would repair it which they were unable to but here's the kicker! They sent me a different bear (larger) completely free even though it's my fault the bear got damaged. Good company and good quality bears.
