I ordered 10 shirts on 03/05/2022, all of which I returned in original condition on 13/05. I was refunded for only one out of the ten shirts I returned. Up until today (17/06) I have been waiting in vain for the full refund (another 351 euros), even though I have written dozens of emails. The "customer service" is totally fraudulous, because no-one EVER answered the phone. I've tried countless times. This is total fraud, and I feel I must give out a serious warning about this online shop!
