Impressive: This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced, with a returns policy that at least borders on the criminal. When returning items, the customer is supposed to wait at home for 48 hours (!) for a FedEx courier to pick up the return package. ("We cannot give you a more exact pick-up time.") However, that courier never acutally shows up within those 48 hours, which is then blamed on the customer. Clearly, the objective is to make returns impossible.
I can only WARN against ordering from this company.
