Terrible service and quality. I purchased a coat from them about a month ago, and decided to return it upon noticing that the fit and finish is way different from the photos that were listed. I made a request to return the item, however the courier that they sent (that costs Eur30), did not show up. I informed them about this immediately, and they booked another appointment, however the courier still did not bother to show up. After this, I sent them another email informing them about the issue, however received no reply. After that, I was not at home for about 3 weeks, and upon my return, I decided to write them another email telling them that nobody bothered to pass to collect the package (and consequently I did not get my refund), however their reply was that now that 30 days have passed, the product cannot be returned. In conclusion, it seems to me that this was done on purpose, and that Gutteridge is nothing short of a scam. I purchase fine clothing from other online stores all the time, however this was my first and last purchase from these 'truffatori'. My advice would be to avoid at all costs!
