I am trying to return an item for about 10 days. I have opened a ticket on your website last week, which is still unanswered. I have also been chatting with your support team on whatsapp since Wednesday. This must be the longest ultra verified return i have encoutered in my life. On top of that, your website and app are unavailable. Can someone point me in a right direction to get an item returned ?! Later edit : by this day , the only answer I got from them is “we are truly sorry, please wait”. It’s been almost a month of wait for an item to be returned. Well I guess i see myself forced to take this matter to the appropriate authorities.
