I like the price-value and the clothes and placed a big order above 1.000 Euro.
I wanted to return w/in the 30 day return policy. I had technical issues - there simple was no return bottom. Contacted customer service, that told me I was doing something wrong - but didn't help me fixing it. Some days passed (w/out further response upon my emails asking for support) and then I was told the 30 days are now over, you cannot return anymore ("and it was your fault") ... I can't believe that. I've never experienced something like that. :-(
