We think that your company is very efficient and honest in the way you delivered your service for us. However company policy of not entering our house and doing business at the door we do not agree with.Private matters should be private.We felt sorry for your good man who shivered throughout in the cold wind which blows between the houses.We think social distancing is fine, maintenance people have been in our home a few times and there has been no problem.
