Had to always chase what was happening,
Many errors with paperwork no apologies, for the errors
Charges added at end , no warning of these charges
When asked about this basically told tough and no recompense for length of time to carry out the work 12/16 weeks became 19 months or the errors that cost time and more expensive loan
