I felt frustration as certain requirements were not fully explained, for example I was only informed that I needed a damp report from a registered company associated with the professional body. This caused delay as I had to cancel the planned work and search to find someone suitable. The survey is scheduled for this Monday.
I also received several repeat requests for information that I had already provided.
