Although the service was very good and pleasant overal, They could not oversee my sons signing of the required occupancy document. We understood that their would be a conflict of interest, but when we had difficulty finding a local solicitor for this due to Covid, I asked for their help to identify one. Unfortunately they could not help with this and it caused a delay in the equity release.
