Generally a good service, but sometimes communication was a bit slow, such as not returning phone calls, or replying to emails. However, a satisfactory final outcome was achieved, which was all I needed. The completion of my Equity Release plan was done very quickly and satisfactory, given that a lot of pressure was being pushed by other legal parties.
