I have previously sent a review scoring you as Very Poor. You subsequently sent me an email asking for contact details, which I duly sent.
I then received an email from the person responsible for my giving a low score quoting the same old party line. So all you did was ask the person responsible for my dissatisfaction to reply to me directly.
It seems my low score is justified because it certainly wasn't an impartial assessment of my score!!
