If there was an option to leave 0 stars, I would. Elaine Beamish is completely inflexible and incapable of understanding that I am paying her and that isn't a favour she is doing. She does not accept scanned signatures (in contravention with Law Soc and HMG rules) and is totally useless. So are her staff.
