I had previously read some poor reviews on Trustpilot and initially had some reservations. However the reviews were wrong in every respect. We were kept informed as to progress at every stage, and everything which was promised was completed on time. I found Alex Burns to be very professional, efficient, and friendly in my conversations with him. In addition he was very patient and understanding in explaining the process to someone who is deaf and had an ear infection. I will be placing a suitable review on Trustpilot. Ian Gallagher
