Elaine was very helpful and provided an excellent service, however there were issues that arose as my elderly mother doesn't have any photo ID, she hasn't been abroad for over 20 years, hasn't driven for 10 years so no driving license and doesn't have a bus pass. There must be other people like mum out there, but it seems as if all processes are based around photo ID. However Elaine did find a way around this which are very grateful for.
