Was initially suspicious about using an unknown, to me, solicitor recommended by F.A. However my hesitation was very quickly swept away when GW took charge of the whole process, their people, their operation and their documentation are 5 star resulting in the transaction sailing through. If you like rowing boats you might choose a local solicitor, if you like sophisticated yachts relax on board with GW at the helm. A sincere thanks to all who were involved for making the experience stress free.
