Very fast and efficient service. The home visit was very relaxed with the consultant taking time to explain everything thoroughly and answer my questions. However, when I received the paperwork (and there was a lot) I was under pressure to review it immediately. I needed to push back to give myself time to read all the documents as I was working. I sent an email explaining that I wouldn’t be able to review the paperwork for a few days but still received chaser emails to review the documents. Overall a very good service, just felt a bit pressurised to wok to their timeline rather than mine.
