I was a little unsure about dealing with legal issues purely over the telephone as opposed to a personal meeting, but everything undertaken was done so in a very professional manner, with questions answered promptly. I did have a solicitor visit me to go through my application for equity release, and this too was undertaken with no issues. So all in all a very satisfactory experience and outcome.
