thanks you for a smooth administration of my account.... and just as feedback; i received a Prooerty Alert Notificatiion on 14 Feb an Application had been made by; ENACT CONVEYANCING LIMITED...as i had received mionuies and final closure from you and age partnership, it worried me i dud not hav this co. name so did not recognise it.#so i called HM Land Reg to check as I did not recognise co. name and thought it may be fraud attempt. HM Land Reg confirmed co, was connected to Pure Retirement as kast action ion my acciount.# # so it maybe good, to not worry customers, for Pure Retuirement r GW Legal or Age Partnership to advuse us/customer to expect this HM Land Reg Property Alert Notification from actual Co. name and tel number, so we can be aware i would like to request a confirmation document or email from GW legal with ENACT CONVEYANCING LIMITED details and what they have applied for, to add to my own file if this info is required in the future....as i called ENACT co and they suggested i gain this from you, my solicitor, they could not as they are acting on behalf of Pure Retirement.
