Your colleague who completed the home visit, cancelled at short notice, rearranged for next day, 20 mins before agreed time, rang to change again - I refused. He turned up, very uptight and not relaxing in any way. Told my daughter she had to leave the room before I asked any questions - turns out when pressed, that she didn’t, and could in fact ask questions herself. His ipad was flat so needed charging! Was so slow charging, that he decided he needed to join wifi…..on and on it went!! Not a good start to proceedings, I’m afraid!
