Overall service was good, agents were always polite and helpful. Only slight criticism was that we had to make some phone calls ourselves to chase one of the creditors who were being difficult and we shouldn't have to do that when we were paying a lot of money in solicitors fees to sort it all out for us.
Apart from that quite happy with things overall.
