Very competent from the start and, flexible when we misunderstood some paperwork-solicitor came back the same day to sort paperwork. Things ran smoothly on the whole and the cash from our finance company was promptly deposited into our account. We were also notified by phone that this was happening. To be expected I suppose, got put through to voicemail a couple of times and had to ring back, however, only a minor point.
