I ordered a jacket in April as a present, but needed to return. I returned using the returns sticker provided and confirmed with the drop off shop the package was collected. 2 months later I am still waiting for a refund and am being told they did not receive the return.
Appalling customer services...via email only, .constantly make excuses and promises... nothing has been sorted..
Avoid at your own costs.....you were warned.!!
