Placed an order on a Sunday evening.
That same evening I had an email confirming the order had been picked and packed.
The next day (Monday) I had an email telling me the order had been posted along with the tracking number.
The day after that (Tuesday) the order arrived.
Very swift service combined with excellent communication.
It doesn't get any better than that.
