I visited H&M Charing Cross London on 5/7/19. Saw a dress for 24.99 but when I wanted to pay I was told it’s not the correct price. They wanted me to pay £49.99 although Tom price tag was £24.99. Spoke to the manager and she said maybe a customer wrote on it, but where would the customer get the same price tag and even on the other dress it was hand written with same order number. Bad customer service
