The worker arrived on time and within the scheduled time slot which was arranged same day. I was very happy with the methodical way he managed to get everything done and within an hour. A friendly manner and professional. I was billed later the next day but no nasty surprises it was as expected from my conversation with one of the agents when I called to make the booking.
