I have used H2 before, but this was my first emergency. Its everyone's worst nightmare - a leaking boiler through two levels of your home. H2 were able to fit me in as an emergency: The office team were proactive in keeping me appraised, managed to arrange an engineer (with new part) and install as necessary. I didn't have to keep chasing - they called me; the engineers were professional and reassuring through this worrying time - the entire experience was very positive.
