Your customer service is non existent, when I went to px a bike that I recently bought from them the idiot in the shop accused me of stealing the bike just because I lost the receipt, and I had all of my I,d, with me and I'm 65 and am NOT a thief.My folding bike has been back there several times with problems that have still not been rectified. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOOLiSH IDIOTS.
