Beware: I purchased 3 wigs from Hairvivi, spending over $1,500, and while the hair itself looks good, the scalp did not look as natural as expected. However, the biggest issue was the return process. I only wanted to return one of the wigs immediately after delivery, but the experience was unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. Unacceptable
For a premium brand, I expected much better customer service and a smoother return process. Highly disappointed and hesitant to shop here again. Once I request a return, respect my decision.
