Although I understand it was not the fault of Haji Baba Ltd. but rather the courier company they used, but my overall experience was unsatisfactory. APS were very poor at delivering my item and also lost one in the process. Customer service team of Haji Baba Ltd. was helpful and hopefully I will receive the remainder of my item tomorrow.
