Excellent packaging - all meat fresh and no smell. Packed with ice packs which were still frozen by the time the delivery arrived (1pm). One issue - premium mince still quite fatty, but otherwise quality was reasonable of the rest (lamb shoulder/baby chicken). This was our second order and we hope to order again soon. No hesitation to recommend if they can keep this up.
