I was very happy with the customer service by Mohamed. My roasted chicken spread and cocktail sausages packets were damaged during the transit; probably because the boxes were not filled enough to reduce the mobility of the products during the transit.
Just few suggestions for the future, try vacum packing without the form base. Unprocessed Sheep wool packaging for better insulation.
