first of all, they were very happy to accommodate and arrange delivery to suit my time. the order came in a thick box lined with thick insulated cooler foil filled with frozen ice packs. the beef i ordered were cut to perfection and the steak cuts were sublime. safe to say, i've found my permanent halal butcher.
