Will not be ordering again.
First time we ordered, it was overall good besides one of the packages that was perforated and all the juice leaked in the box. Still kept it hoping the meat didn't get spoiled. Customer service "promised" a £10 voucher in exchange which we couldn't get anyway. (Why aren't we refunded automatically?)
Second time, the delivery arrived one day late. Received the packages totally defrosted. Had to throw some of it away because it had gone bad !(chicken, which I guess wasn't even fresh to start with). Informed the customer service of the delay but never heard from them after this. Too bad. I understand it's the carrier's fault but it's still Hajibaba's responsibility at the end.
