Took car for MOT it failed and they said they couldn't fit us in to do the work for over a week due to being busy. Took the car to another garage with the failed MOT paperwork and they were shocked to see some of the things classed as "major fails" they showed me some wear and tear on the car and said they wouldn't have even put they as minor faults more advisories. They also picked up on some other issues with the car that Halfords did not even mention on the MOT paperwork. Very disappointed as have been going to Halfords for years for MOTs. Will be going elsewhere in the future.
