I awas hesitant on ordering from a company I did not know . The microphone arrived neatly and secrly packaged . At first it was locking up but when I called they were willing to ship me a replacement and pic this one up. Found out the setting on the back of the mic was at high, broght it down to minimm and it worked fine. excellent customer service
