This was supposed to be a used radio, but when I opened the box, my XTL 2500 looked brand new. 10/10 for the radio. What a great experience and great customer service. Piece of advice for potential customers - take advantage of their add-ons when it comes to the power cables, mic, etc. - it's well worth it.
