I ordered a refurbed Minitor V pager (I'm old school). It shipped promptly and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, it had a bad receiver, which is a risk I acknowledge with older tech, and hard to test for this until it's programmed and tested on the intended frequency. Aside from that, the refurbish job was impeccable. I emailed Haloid, and they immediately put a replacement in the mail, which also arrived quickly and works perfectly. A+ customer service.
