First time customer with Haloid. I ordered an XTL2500, the price was absolutely perfect. I make that statement because I could have purchased this unit elsewhere for much less, but the chances of getting a stolen unit, Frankenstein unit that may not even work properly or reputable. I know with Haloid I will receive exactly what is advertised and have peace of mind my purchase is justified. I already have some of the hardware for Motorola XTL units so when I ordered the 2500, I only ordered a brick to head cable and an extra power cable. Haloid reached out to me very quickly before they sent my order to make sure I didn’t forget other components they know I would need to program and install the unit. That is customer service you just do not get any longer. The shipment was on time, and was exactly what I ordered. The head had a few scratches on the screen, but that is expected with any used piece of equipment. I highly recommend Haloid and right after I send off this review, I will probably be making another order.
