If I could give their customer service a "0" I would. I returned a defective item. Instead of returning my entire cost of purchase, Hammacher deducted a shipping fee reducing of about $13. I called multiple times with no success. At first, I was told the return was not received. After I produced their e mail stating that it was received, they then stated i could not receive the full refund. I asked to speak to a manager and was told someone would get back to me. That has not happened.
