Never Again w/ H.S.!!! They provided me with the worst service EVER ! In addition to me not knowing which package went where, there is an extra $188.83 charge for "something"...? Also, l wasted an hour on hold, listening to an annoying, insipid cover of Lynrd Skynerd... The customer "care" dept. is a joke - after ordering several items in the past without a hitch, it seems this company has become a joke as well, with no one accountable & no way to contact someone with authority & responsibility. Thank you "Marco" for screwing up my order, & Merry Christmas to you & the other clowns at Hammacher SCHLUPPER!!!
