Absolutely horrible experience, purchased a 10’ Frosty the Snowman with projector and used for Christmas last year took out this year and projector does not work. Reached out and called three times and Hammacher never returned any calls. Once I finally get someone after I call for the forth time I am told I will get a total refund to my credit card for this issue since it is lifetime guarantee and that’s a lie!!!! Was referred to someone else who said no we give you a gift card or replace item. Told item is available then told not available which was very frustrating and now stuck with a gift certificate for a company who has poor customer support and poor products. Never again!!!!
