Couldn't be happier. The ordering process was smooth, search and filter options were good, postage was fast, the products are great quality and after several days I'm still patting myself on the back each time I open a cupboard or drawer. My only note is that it was disappointing that each (I ordered about 34 handles and 20-odd knobs) was individually wrapped in plastic and foam - I appreciate that they need to be protected but would love to see cornstarch packing or something more sustainable.
