I was very anxious about the process following the death of my beloved father so I messaged HOH via Facebook, I had prompt and very kind reassurance from Lucy and Charlotte and nothing was too much trouble. We were informed of when the jewellery would arrive. My sister and I are very comforted by wearing such beautiful jewellery made with our dad’s ashes. We can’t recommend you enough x
