I ordered this necklace to hold my parents ashes and ws hoping it would arrive in time for their internment, however it was due to arrive a few days later. On hearing this the company very kindly sent my necklace to ensure it arrived in time and it did and I was able to wear it to the internment and knowing I now have a piece of my parents close to me always is so comforting - superb customer service.
