It was easy to navigate the website and make a choice. Once I’d ordered I was kept updated with the process of my order. It was really easy to send off the precious ashes and I feel like they were handled with care and respect considering the packaging that was sent to supply the ashes in. The necklace took a while to be created after sending the ashes but it was well worth the wait. The packaging is beautiful and I loved that it was supplied with a certificate confirming that the necklace is made with my loved one’s ashes. The little details make all the difference at a sad time. Can’t recommend the company enough.
