The service was good, however the ring arrived in a very plain box. We had ordered previously 2 months earlier and the quality of the boxes for the 3 rings was excellent. Bit disappointed with the latest box. Also the ring had scratches on it which needed to be buffed out. Some of which we were unable to remove.
