I was given clear instructions from ordering to receiving the beautiful heart shaped necklace with my lovely Dads fingerprint on it.
There was a predicted delivery date by which I would receive the necklace when I placed the order. It is a gift for my Mum following my Dads death as a keepsake of the man she was married to for 66 years so was extremely important to me that I knew when it would arrive. It arrived on time and I was very happy with the necklace, it is beautiful.
