Communication was amazing throughout the order, felt at ease that my dogs ashes were in good hands! Remaining ashes were sent back in their original tin and the finishing product was more than I could have ever imaged. Now I feel at ease knowing I get to have a piece of my furry friend with me everyday. Definitely going to be placing another order with his fur I have but have it made into a ring.
